Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and tooling solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Tool Testers Accessories Lab to join their team. As a 1st Shift Tool Testers Accessories Lab, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Tool Testers Accessories Lab

Location: Brookfield, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 7am start time

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, or tend drilling machines to drill, bore, ream, mill, or countersink metal or plastic workpieces.
• Ensure precision and quality in the testing and assembly of accessories.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of machining and tooling processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment.
• Relevant credentials: 100038, 100006, 100038.
