Job Details: Job Title: 3D Tech Artist Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 5+ Months (Potential To Extend) Note: Initially 40hrs per week for 2 months & later 20 hrs per week (working hours might change to 20 hrs or more later depending upon the workload) Description: Play a role in bringing our client's technology to the world. As a 3D Tech Artist in the AIML Simulation group, you will have an opportunity to be part of an innovation-focused organization within organization that is developing home simulation art assets and generation of synthetic data. You will be able to work on highly ambitious, high-reward, and impactful simulation projects. This team has a strong focus on shipping AIML-based features and products. Moreover, we value team members who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. Responsibilities Create art assets for Microcosm as requested by our customers. Edit existing SDG/our client's assets and scenes for new features Build prototypes for new features or assets. Regularly integrate and test new assets with the Microcosm, maintain version control of the 3D asset library and catalog Work with tools like Blender, Unreal Engine, and Maya to check, revise and customize 3D assets. Minimum Qualifications Experienced Maya user preferred. Skilled at Human character Rigging Fluent in character Animation retargeting and editing Some familiarity with USD format is a plus (not required).
