Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant - Contract-to-Hire | Akron, OH

Pay: Up to $24/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Contract-to-Hire

Location: Near Akron, OH

What You'll Do
  • Manage accounts receivable tasks , including payment follow-ups and account reconciliation.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support for internal and external inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
What We're Looking For
  • Accounts Receivable experience (required).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
