Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist as needed in completing restaurant license applications and renewals
• Assist the AP coordinators with invoice process
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist with vendor payment inquiries and email inquiries
• Support the staff accountants with the monthly close process
• Assist as needed in various projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or other related programs of study)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Well-organized and a self-starter
