Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform statement reconciliations and address vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute weekly credit reports.
• Match purchase orders with vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with additional accounting department functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
