Akkodisis seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract job with a client in Omaha NE 68124 (Onsite) . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Administrative role with experience in Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Data analysis, and Validation.

Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:

Basic Purpose:

• Provide administrative support functions. Prepare, distribute, and file reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations. Gather, compose, track, tabulate, and organize information that may be critical or sensitive.

• Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the operation unit serviced. Answer phone and respond to inquiries.

• Manage calendars, meetings, and special events. Manage travel arrangements.

Technical Skills

• Must Have: Experience with data analysis and validation is also required.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Maximo business application beneficial.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.

• Must apply judgment in daily tasks.

• Ability to work well under time constraints and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience in a changing, fast-paced, professional environment.

• Must handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects.

• Excellent organization and planning skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of related experience. Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of an organization; ability to work as a member of a team.

Rate Range: $20/hour to $22/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
