Job Description

Position: Architectural BIM Designer

Status: Full-time

Location: 2252 N Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

General Purpose: Integrate technical engineering/design aspects into unified architectural design

solutions and coordinate among different trades, including structural/MEP, to ensure

consistency/constructability of construction projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research for new technologies, create BIM & ensure compliance with BIM standards/guidelines/best practices, local regulations and client's specific requirements
• Develop detailed as-built BIM for new construction projects
• Develop construction documents through BIM process for structural/architectural trades incorporate construction specifications on the models via BIM process
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative architectural solutions aligned with modern aesthetics/specific needs
• Prepare site plan/architectural drawings/documentation and conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 2-year of experience in architectural design and modeling
• Must be experienced in creating architectural modeling/renderings/animations
• Highly specialized visual interpretive skills
• Strong ability to prepare construction documentation
• Excellent 3D post-production presentation techniques
• Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD (2D & 3D)/V-ray/Lumion/SketchUp

Work Environment:

Office environment. The noise level is moderately quiet.
