Surf Thru Express Car Wash is seeking a driven and experienced  Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the  Chico and Red Bluff area . We're looking for a leader with strong multi-site management experience, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
• Ensure top-tier customer service and facility standards
• Perform and manage light mechanical and maintenance repairs
• Manage site budgets, cash handling, deposits, and inventory
• Create schedules and manage staffing needs
• Train, mentor, and lead team members
• Order supplies and track usage
• Foster a culture of accountability and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple locations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Solid mechanical and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000-$90,000(commensurate with experience)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
