Now Hiring: Machine Operators & Assemblers – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends, Every Week!
Location: Polaris – Monticello, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Full-Time)
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rates:
Assemblers: $17/hour

What You’ll Be Doing
Assembler:
Assemble parts, deburr, and perform leak testing
Use measurement tools and inspection gauges
Inspect parts and keep records of operations
Follow established quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience with hand tools and measurement equipment
Previous manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings
High school diploma or GED required
