Job Title: Assembly Packer
Job Description

We are seeking an Assembly Packer responsible for the assembly of small pieces while seated at a desk. Experience in manufacturing is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with picking and packing as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in basic math, including counting and weighing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Work Environment

Work 35 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours per week depending on business needs. Work hours are Monday to Wednesday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday 6 AM to 11 AM, with Fridays off. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and T-shirts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Stonington, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.35 - $16.35/hr.
