We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Live-in Assistant to provide daily support in managing household tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a passion for cooking, a knack for event planning, and experience with organizing flight and accommodation arrangements. This is a live-in role, offering a private guest bedroom in a comfortable condo located near downtown Columbus. The position requires someone who respects privacy, demonstrates discretion, and is proactive in taking care of various duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Time Management: Help plan and prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and personal events. Ensure the smooth execution of household activities.
  • Cooking: Prepare nutritious, balanced meals according to preferences. Handle grocery shopping and meal prep as needed.
  • Event Planning: Organize events, gatherings, and special occasions. Manage the coordination of schedules, guest lists, decorations, and catering.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for domestic and international trips. Handle itineraries and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Household Management: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the living space. Manage household supplies and assist with various errands as needed.
  • Privacy & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all household members, acting with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in cooking and meal preparation with an interest in healthy eating.
  • Experience in event planning or coordinating large-scale events is a plus.
  • Ability to manage flight bookings, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, housekeeper, or in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and last-minute changes.
