Assistant General Manager

Your role is vital in assisting the Restaurant General Manager to run the day to day operations and create an environment where employees love to work and customers love to visit. As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the Restaurant General Manager to accomplish human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, recognizing, and disciplining employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
  • Preferred: ServSafe Certification- Assistance and education is provided if not certified
  • Energetic and excellent communication skills

  • Provide daily coaching and feedback
