We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a water treatment plant construction project in Sunrise, Florida. Description Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of the water treatment plant project, from planning to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project progress updates. Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support in change order management, RFI processes, and submittal reviews. Profile A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in infrastructure or utility projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with project management tools, construction scheduling software, and safety protocols. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. A valid driver's license and the ability to work on-site as needed.
