Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos optimized for social media, ensuring high engagement, retention, and alignment with brand identity. Enhance videos with creative elements, including captions, transitions, animations, and effects. Adapt video content for different social media platforms, maintaining aspect ratios, pacing, and audience preferences. Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Experiment with new creative ideas that align with viral trends and platform updates. Qualifications Proven experience in social-first video editing. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement for short-form content. Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Ability to work with motion graphics, typography, and sound design.
