Well established Workers Compensation Defense Firm, looking for an experienced attorney in the field of Workers Compensation Defense. We are a Southern California based Defense firm, with a Northern California presence, seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney.

What we provide:

Full Paperless Environment.

Support staff on a 2 attorney to 1 assistant ratio.

Hybrid work: You would work remotely, but need to be based in Northern California and available for travel to the various Northern California WCABs

Reasonable and relaxed billing expectations.

100% employer paid health insurance for attorney and dependents with Anthem PPO.

Employer to pay 7% of total earnings to retirement plan on a yearly basis.

Salary for experienced attorney $175,000 per year PLUS monthly billing bonuses. Total compensation including generous bonus structure, employer retirement contribution and year end bonus can increase total yearly earnings in excess of $200,000.00 for the right candidate.

What we are looking for:

* Must be organized and detail oriented.
* Must be willing to make appearances thru out Northern California on an as needed basis.
* *Must have 3-5 years work experience in Workers Compensation Defense.*
* *Must be physically located in Norther California. *
