Should be able to automate testing with proven automation testing software like Testim, Selenium.
Must be well versed with automation engineering practices.
Must have good knowledge in non function testing like accessibility, performance testing.
Must have at least 10 years of experience with the testing processes.
Should be able to work in a team of 8-10 size and communicate their thoughts correctly.
lexibility to coordinate with offshore teams, provide guidance, and review their deliverables.
Nice to have investment or at least BFSI applications knowledge.
Experience working with Agile practices preferably in SAFe model.
