Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a Automotive Paint Technician to join their team. As an Automotive Paint Technician, you will be part of the OEM Coatings department supporting essential operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automotive Paint Technician

Location: On-site Ellabell, GA

What's the Job?

• Record and verify process parameters across multiple stages of the coating process.
• Perform routine line walks and inspections to document key process control metrics.
• Assist engineers with collecting chemical and material samples for lab analysis.
• Notify technical leads of abnormal conditions or potential defects.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all observations and data points.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or automotive environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of coating systems or paint shop operations preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
