Job Description

Description of the role: The Automotive Parts Manager at NorthStar Chevrolet West is responsible for managing all aspects of the automotive parts department. This includes inventory management, ordering parts, and overseeing the parts sales team. The Parts Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the dealership has an efficient and well-stocked parts department to support its service and sales departments. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts inventory and ensure it is well-stocked and organized
  • Order parts from suppliers as needed
  • Oversee the parts sales team and provide guidance and training
  • Monitor and track parts sales and profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts
  • Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and vehicle sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in automotive parts
Requirements:
