About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one our branch in Colorado Springs. In this role, youll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations, drive branch growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Youll also coach and develop your team to meet performance goals while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily branch operations, compliance, and audit readiness
• Provide hands-on support with account openings, teller line activity, and customer transactions
• Lead and coach employees, ensuring strong performance and development
• Build customer relationships and support business development efforts
• Track branch performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability
• Ensure training, continuity, and compliance programs are consistently followed

What Were Looking For

• 710 years of banking experience , with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and customer service excellence
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance metrics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check

This is a full-time, exempt position. The expected hours for this position are MondayFriday, some Saturdays, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
