⚡ WELD is Hiring: Beverage Sales Representative (NYC) ⚡

WELD is an early-stage beverage startup bringing a new kind of energy drink to market: a carbonated energy drink infused with protein. We’re set to be the first of our kind, and we’re on a mission to give people fuel that lasts and makes a real impact.

We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in New York City to join our founding team in January 2026. Your mission? Get WELD into as many convenience stores, bodegas, gyms, and retail shelves as possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with store owners, distributors, and buyers across NYC and surrounding areas

• Own your sales route and relentlessly pursue new placements to maximize store penetration

• Pitch and place WELD in convenience stores, bodegas, gyms, and on-the-go markets

• Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and visibility opportunities

• Execute in-store promotions, POS setup, and marketing activations to drive trial and sales

• Gather retailer and customer feedback to help shape our growth strategy

• Attend weekly sales check-ins with leadership to report progress and strategize growth

• Safely operate the company delivery van to transport and deliver product as needed

• Represent WELD with professionalism, hustle, and energy at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in beverages

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

• Existing relationships with NYC retailers & distributors is a major plus

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working long hours to win new business

• Strong communicator and energetic relationship builder with excellent time management skills

• Must live in New York or New Jersey

Physical Demands & Work Conditions:

• Frequent driving, standing, and lifting (up to 40 lbs for cases/displays)

• Long hours on the road, visiting stores, and managing accounts

• GPS tracking on the company van; accountability and productivity expected

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $5,000 per month

• Performance-driven pay structure with the ability to double your salary through bonuses.

• Company vehicle (with GPS tracking) provided for route sales and deliveries
