What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
• Assist members in finding primary care physicians within their network
• Provide detailed information and support for changes affecting member plans
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance member satisfaction
• Maintain proficiency in navigating multiple systems while communicating with customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems
• Open availability between 7 AM and 2 AM EST, 7 days a week

• Experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with virtual work environments and home office setups
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
• Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
