Title - Data Entry

Tenure - PART TIME

Location - Montarville, Quebec

Hours - 2 PM TO 7 PM

Pay Rate - $19.16 per hour

Summary

Responsible for accurate entry of data into the computer system, filing, providing general clerical support to the assigned department, and intra-company email communication. Other assignments might include rating and/or customer service functions as needed. The candidate should model and act in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Typical Responsibilities :

  • Enter data from source documents into the computer.
  • Gather information for input and update reports.
  • Log and file source documents.
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, sorting, and mailing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Must be Bi-lingual- English and French
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • PC literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
  • Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.
  • Capable of effectively communicating and interacting with diverse backgrounds and presenting information in one-on-one or small group situations.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Consistently at work and on time.

Le titulaire du poste est responsable de la saisie précise des données dans le système informatique, du classement, du soutien administratif général au département assigné, ainsi que des communications internes par e-mail. D'autres tâches peuvent inclure des fonctions d'évaluation et/ou de service à la clientèle selon les besoins. Le candidat doit incarner et agir conformément à nos principes directeurs et nos valeurs fondamentales.

Responsabilités typiques :

  • Saisir des données à partir des documents sources dans l'ordinateur.
  • Recueillir des informations pour la saisie et mettre à jour les rapports.
  • Enregistrer et classer les documents sources.
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives telles que le classement, la photocopie, le tri et l'envoi de courrier.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

Exigences :

  • Bilingue - Anglais et Français
  • Capacité à additionner, soustraire, multiplier et diviser.
  • Compétences en informatique avec une maîtrise de base de Microsoft Office, d'internet, des applications web et des logiciels spécifiques au poste.
  • Précision dans la saisie de données et/ou la dactylographie.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à interagir avec des personnes de divers horizons et à présenter des informations en face-à-face ou en petits groupes.
  • Répond rapidement et professionnellement aux besoins des clients.
  • Capacité à lire, comprendre et rédiger une correspondance de base.
  • Aptitude à identifier et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
  • Capacité à équilibrer les responsabilités d'équipe et individuelles.
  • Ponctualité et assiduité au travail.
