We specialize in custom-engineered roof and floor trusses, delivering precision and quality through advanced design and fabrication processes.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Desktop or Online
-Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
-Manage accounts payable and receivable
-Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
-Track job costing and inventory expenses
-Support year-end financial audits and tax preparation
-Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payments

-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
-Experience with payroll processing and related compliance
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
