Customers include road administrations, local authorities, private customers, and contractors specializing in the field. Our client is looking for a CAD Designer to join their team in Gainesville, GA.

In this role, you will:
•Create optimizing designs and drawing support in thermoplastic for: Quote, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics
•Develop and implement design processes in alignment with company standards
•Produce technical drawings to ensure top-quality designs for various clients
•Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 for the Design Studio
•Collaborate closely with production teams to address and resolve drawing-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
•Drive successful operations of the drawing department
•Serve as a super user for AutoCAD and Dynamics 365

To succeed in this role, you have:
•Relevant Degree in Technical Drawings i.e. AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks
•Minimum of 3 years' experience with CAD drawing in manufacturing
•Hands-on experience with Water Jet CNC operations
•Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
•Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual is a plus
•Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
•Experience working in local and global support teams
•Familiarity with ERP systems, Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
