What We're Looking For:
Our sales department is expanding, and we're seeking driven individuals who are eager to achieve their goals. While automotive experience is a bonus, it's not required. If you have a background in Call Center, Customer Service, or Retail Sales, and you're looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
• Respond promptly to all inbound lead requests
• Act as a bridge between customers and our service department
• Assist in the execution of customer campaigns and marketing projects
• Comfortably navigate computer programs and smart devices
• Support in generating reports and maintaining logs
• Proactively identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience is advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and self-sufficient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
