As a Category Planner, you’ll play a crucial role in executing our Destination 2027 strategy by curating top-notch product assortments and delivering impactful promotions that captivate travelers worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch New Products: Execute listings of novelties in the Assortment Management Tool aligned with regional innovation programs.
  • Drive Implementation: Ensure seamless rollout of new products by managing orders, setting parameters, and keeping locations updated.
  • Maintain Assortments: Oversee assortment reports, manage product extensions and delistings, and address vendor management in our database.
  • Optimize Performance: Review monthly performance reports by vendor, brand, and SKU, resolving assortment discrepancies and duplications.
  • Create Impactful Campaigns: Design and execute promotions and animations for global and regional brands using internal tools.
  • Engage & Motivate: Coordinate staff incentives and sales programs to boost engagement and performance.
  • Maximize Sales Opportunities: Implement tactical liquidations and seasonal campaigns to optimize sales and inventory.
  • Communicate with country teams on brand rollouts, assortment adjustments, and promotional activities.
  • Stay Proactive: Participate in business update calls and contribute to marketing calendar discussions.
  • Report on KPIs related to assortment and promotions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, category management, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Preferred: Experience in Travel Retail is a big plus!
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion: A love for dynamic environments and the ability to adapt quickly to market trends.
