Job Title: Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY SPECIALISTS.

Location: Denton, TX.

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (starting 9/22/2025).

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shift) | Friday 8:00AM - 2:00PM.

Pay Range: $18.00– $19.00 per hour.

Position Summary:

Openwork Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY SPECIALISTS Clinic in Denton, TX. The CMA will perform patient rooming, order entry, and provide direct clinical support to providers in a busy specialty outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and complete intake, including vital signs and charting.
• Support providers with exams and procedures.
• Perform order entry and maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring infection control standards are followed.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients and families.
• Assist with other clinical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (required).
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinic experience within the last 3 years (required).
• Proficiency in clinical workflows, vital signs, and order entry.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish Speaking preferred.
• Ortho Exp
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
