About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to provide strategic leadership in business and human capital needs for a large and complex organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of budgeting and finance, human capital and development, and overall administrative operations. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior leadership and management position, including a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar budgets, leading in a large organization, and innovating human capital strategies in the public sector. The Chief Administrative Officer will be a key advisor to the Chief Information Officer, ensuring transparency and communication across all functional areas, and will be instrumental in driving change management, and innovation, and leading with integrity and ethics. Applicants for the Chief Administrative Officer position at the company should possess a strong background in strategic planning, change management, and the ability to lead and manage large teams. The role demands a leader with a strong commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and the ability to align talent strategies with business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, at least 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a higher education or research-intensive environment, and a proven ability to shape and guide the strategic direction of teams. The Chief Administrative Officer will work closely with the CIO, senior leaders, and campus HR to develop and maintain strategic employee lifecycle strategies, and will be expected to drive innovation and efficiency in business processes.
