Job Description Summary
This role reports to the WM, CEO and will play a key role on the mortgage leadership team by providing oversight of daily administrative operations for the mortgage company. They provide input for strategic planning, partner with mortgage leaders in goal setting for departments, collaborate on policy implementation, and ensure the smooth running of the business according to established policies and overall vision.
The role offers a high level of visibility to the Wintrust Mortgage strategy and contributes directly to strategies related to oversight, real estate, exam management and line of business projects.
The role provides leadership to mortgage Marketing, Business Operations, Project Management, Customer Experience and Contacting.
