Many processes cut across executives' AORs requiring coordination and energy to force clarity and resolution. This job function results in business briefings among the leadership team which starts with preparation to be able to concisely, but thoroughly, establish a clear problem/issue statement; relevant facts bearing on the problem/issue; analysis order of merit for options; and specific action recommendation(s).
Leadership: Transparently and effectively communicate the reality of DDSN's current operational landscape, set direction and business rationale for subordinate work units' process management improvement, and inspire your subordinates to willingly give high level of effort to accomplish their respective mission.
