About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial and strategic transformation of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and providing in-depth analysis and guidance to the Board of Directors. A key aspect of the role is to lead the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, and to make recommendations based on thorough financial modeling. The CFO will play a critical part in the company's growth, both through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and must be prepared to drive the business's scale in line with the investment thesis. The ideal CFO for the company will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in B2C multi-site services. The candidate should have a mix of FP&A and accounting experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar financial leadership role. Private equity experience is essential, as is a solid background in M&A, particularly in the area of integration. The role requires a professional with 20-35+ years of progressive career success, who can honor the company's past while effectively leading it into the future. The CFO will be a key partner in the company's growth journey, and as such, must possess a contagious will to win and be dedicated to the long-term success of the business.
