About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key partner in setting the financial direction of the organization, modernizing systems, and leading a dedicated team. This strategic role requires a financial leader with a strong background in service-focused settings, such as hospitality or private clubs, and a proven track record in all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and capital project financing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial oversight of a significant renovation project and future initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with the company's goals. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. An MBA and/or CPA is preferred, and CHAE certification is a plus. The role demands a hands-on, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to mentor and develop staff, and a modern, solutions-oriented approach to technology. The CFO will also be involved in HR, payroll, and benefits oversight, and must be adept at fostering a culture of service and collaboration within the finance department. Executive presence, integrity, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels are essential for this pivotal role.
