We are seeking an innovative Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join an exceptional executive team, contributing to the continued success of the organization and advancing your career in the ever-evolving healthcare sector.
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will oversee the nursing department and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice. This senior management role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies, programs, and services in alignment with the facility's strategic goals. You will also play a crucial role in collaborating with management to design and deliver comprehensive patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the facility's 24-hour nursing services, ensuring seamless and continuous care.
Develop, implement, and continuously update nursing policies and procedures in line with regulatory guidelines in collaboration with senior management and the medical team.
Assess and monitor the quality, progress, and effectiveness of nursing programs, introducing necessary improvements to maintain high standards of care.
Design and plan new nursing programs, and refine existing ones, utilizing research and best practices to drive excellence.
Work closely with senior management to set and achieve both long-term and short-term goals and projects for Nursing Services.
Establish and lead nursing committees focused on quality improvement and addressing patient care needs.
Utilize strategic problem-solving abilities to tackle organizational challenges and set achievable goals, ensuring an understanding of the facility's broader dynamics.
Act as a culture creator, fostering a positive and supportive environment within the nursing department.
Organize and manage chaos effectively, maintaining positivity and boosting morale within the team.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Education: Master's Degree in psychiatric nursing or related field required.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) yearsexperience in nursing administration anddedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred.
Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and OSHA regulations and all other state and federal regulatory standards.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $160,000 - $190,000 annually. We are eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)!
