About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and growth. The CPO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and implementing a holistic people strategy that is deeply rooted in the company's values and growth aspirations. This includes fostering a culture of clarity, feedback, transparency, and trust, as well as leading efforts in employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive people leadership experience, with a proven track record in both smaller and larger organizational environments. They should be adept at building HR infrastructure, guiding change management, and embedding DEI into all aspects of the business. Key responsibilities for the CPO at the company include talent development, capability building, and establishing frameworks for fair performance management and career growth. The role also involves shaping team structures, workflows, and role clarity to support growth and collaboration, as well as ensuring that HR systems are optimized for scale. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, a mentor, and a builder, with strong coaching and leadership development skills. They must be a change management leader, an excellent business partner, and a key decision-maker, with a deep understanding of people systems and a commitment to using data to inform decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or relevant certification.
