Job Details
Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motions, mediations, and appeals.
Handling a diverse caseload involving business, logistics, trucking, trademark, employment, immigration, real estate, tax, trust, and estate cases.
Drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in the law to provide the most accurate advice and representation.
Collaborating with other members of our legal team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
Qualifications:
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the California state bar.
A minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success.
Extensive experience in handling depositions, motions, mediations, and appeals.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
High degree of professionalism and adherence to strict ethical standards.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote work environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
