Claims Technician - P&C Insurance - Hybrid - San Diego

A thriving San Diego-based insurance brokerage is looking to add an experienced P&C Claims Technician to the team! This company prides itself on providing top-tier service to its clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to assess risk and proactively help minimize potential claims by assessing potential risk hazards
• Prepare materials needed for in-depth reviews such as Loss Runs and Claims Status Report
• Coordinate the claims communication and processes between the client and carrier to ensure an efficient flow of claims filing
• Create and maintain an environment that fosters superior customer service and support
• Work closely with clients to help gather the appropriate information to file a claim

Experience Needed:

• Knowledge - an extensive understanding of the Property & Casualty claims process is essential
• Claims Experience - You have at least 2 years of experience handling claims
• License - An active California Property & Casualty license is preferred
• Communication - You pride yourself on your stellar communication skills and explain complex commercial terms with ease
