Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a variety of spaces, including residential homes, office spaces, and short-term rental properties (Airbnb). This role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle deep cleaning and move-out cleaning projects as assigned.
• Clean and maintain office spaces to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
• Execute Airbnb turnover services, including:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing units.
  • Washing, drying, and folding laundry (sheets, towels, etc.).
  • Making beds to hotel-quality standards.
  • Restocking toiletries, amenities, and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow checklists and company standards to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
