Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder with a strong background in Marketing and Growth to join our team. As a Co-Founder, you will share the responsibility of driving the company’s vision and growth strategy, ensuring our services reach and resonate with businesses across France and Europe. This is an equity-based role with the potential for a salaried position as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies aligned with our company’s goals and vision.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape within France and Europe.
• Brand Development : Establish and enhance our brand presence across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
• Digital Marketing : Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Growth Hacking : Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partnerships & Networking : Build strategic partnerships and networks within the tech industry to expand our reach and influence.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and growth metrics to ensure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience : Proven track record in marketing, growth, and business development within the IT services or technology sector.
• Skills : Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit : Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a desire to be part of a fast-growing startup.
