This is a position to help manage and grow our Personal Training department by working in a creative, fun and upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. Coaching/Training Manager The Coaching/Training Manager’s focus is to help all of our personal training clients “Make Healthy Happen®” by employing Anytime Fitness’s AF Training approach. Each of our members receives an initial fitness consultation that helps establish a 1-1 rapport with the member. For our members that want to take it to the next level, our coaches (personal trainers) will guide our training members to their greatest levels of personal achievement in physical health. Additionally, through best-in-class “Train-the-Trainer” programs, our coaches will have access to dozens of hours of continuing education. The primary role of the Coaching/Training Manager is to manage and oversee the personal training program to ensure all of our coaches are helping our members achieve their goals by delivering our proprietary AF training programming with excellence. • Daily contact and follow-up with training clients to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals and to hold them accountable
• Manage and oversee training calendar and scheduling for coaches to ensure sessions are being tracked and logged appropriately
• Observe and review coaching sessions to ensure quality, safety, and member satisfaction
• Manage delinquent and inactive training client accounts
• Match Anytime Fitness personal training programs with the member’s goals and abilities
• Track, monitor and report each training member’s progress
• Ensure the successful coaching of each training member to create long-term relationships
• Assist with community outreach and business partnerships to help grow the business
• All other duties as assigned
• Clean the facilities.

• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating and inspiring them to achieve their goals
• Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are a plus, but are not required
• Previous personal training experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S) is a plus, but not required
• Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition
• Hands on training and experience in areas such as corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention, are a plus
