Commercial Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Supervisor to oversee multiple crews and projects across various commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical crews across commercial job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Provide guidance and training to electricians and apprentices.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and NEC regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have a Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas).
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience .
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
