COMMUNITY HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE
1 or more positions
TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
(1 position Arlee to Ronan, 1 position Polson to Elmo)

The successful applicant must have a Valid and unrestricted
drivers license, and for Level 1: Graduate of an accredited
school of nursing. ASN required. Valid and unrestricted
Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC and Microsoft office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred, if not
than within 6 months of hire. Existing or new National Provider Number. Level 2: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Preferred at least one year of Home Health Nursing. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC and Microsoft office
preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
certification preferred, if not than within 6 months of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Existing or
new National Provider Number. Ambulatory Care Nursing
Certification (AMB-BC) or Home Health Nursing Certification
(RN-BC) preferred. All applicants must submit a Tribal
application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof
of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming
Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally
recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL
RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated
Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug
Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already
employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test,
and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is Level 1 - $30.55 - $35.12, Level 2 - $33.86 - $38.92
per hour, plus benefits, may be employed under contract.
