📌 The Role
As a Superintendent , you’ll take charge of on-site operations , managing schedules, subcontractors, and safety compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in keeping large-scale projects running smoothly from groundbreaking to completion .
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee Job Sites – Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations.
✔ Ensure Quality – Maintain high standards in all aspects of the build.
✔ Safety First – Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
✔ Problem-Solve – Identify and resolve job site challenges proactively.
✔ Coordinate & Communicate – Work closely with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
🎯 What You Bring:
🔹 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction .
🔹 Background in large-scale warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing facilities .
🔹 Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software .
🔹 Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and safety plans .
🔹 A proven leader with experience managing complex, high-value projects .
