Job Summary:

We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience building site maps, on-page content design, and creating key content strategy deliverables - who is ready to jump in and start adding value to our collaborative and dynamic Experience Design Team. Rocket55 is a full service digital agency, so a fundamental understanding of how digital marketing channels and websites intersect is required. This individual should value collaboration, be curious, enjoy problem solving and value the input of others. Having a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn is important as well. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position. Being proactive as well as adaptable is needed in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive content strategies for new websites and website rebuilds
• Conduct competitor content reviews
• Audit client content and recommend what to keep, change, or remove
• Contribute to sitemap and information architecture creation
• Collaborate closely within Experience Design Team and Web Team – including UI designers, UX designers, and developers
• Work with stakeholders to align content strategy with business and user goals
• Clearly communicate content design decisions to internal and external teams
• Help to further develop content design practice at Rocket55

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience in content design or content strategy
• Experience developing sitemaps, on page content design and other key content design deliverables
• Solid understanding of foundational UX concepts, guidelines, and research methods
• Knowledge of how digital marketing and website design intersect
• Ability to multi-task and juggle a variety of priorities at once
• Empathetic towards users, clients, and coworkers
• Curious with a strong desire to learn
• Confident speaker and presenter
• Take constructive feedback and direction from managers and teammates

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
