Analyzing customer journeys, constantly testing and iterating on the user experience, conducting user research. The Role

Were seeking an experienced Copywriter who can craft authentic, persuasive, and high-quality marketing copy across multiple digital channels. This position is hourly, ideal for a writer who values creativity, originality, and attention to detail. Work hours are flexible we typically have 5-15 hours of work a week but can vary based on business needs.

This role requires 100% original, human-written content. AI-generated or AI-assisted writing is not permitted.

Responsibilities
  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for email, blog posts, digital ads, and landing pages.
  • Adapt tone and style across diverse brands and audiences.
  • Conduct research to understand target markets and messaging goals.
  • Edit and refine copy based on feedback.
  • Complete all work in Google Docs for collaborative review and tracking.

Quality & Authenticity Requirements

To maintain our commitment to authenticity and originality:

  • Every submitted assignment must include an AI detection report .
  • Mindful Conversion uses internal tools and a Google Docs extension to verify that content is written in real time ensuring no copying, pasting, or AI-assisted drafting.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or marketing writer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing copy (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Exceptional command of grammar, style, and storytelling.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback with professionalism.
  • Must produce entirely human-created work and complete all projects in Google Docs .
  • Available during business hours on Slack for collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion-driven writing.

Compensation
