OVERVIEW
Alo is seeking a corporate paralegal to support our growing in-house legal department. You will be a critical member of the legal team and have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, take ownership of projects, and provide support as we continue to grow and expand in the United States and internationally. This position is a great opportunity for an individual interested in working on a broad array of legal issues in a fast-paced, growing company.
This is a hybrid role based in the Los Angeles area expected to come into the office 2-3 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Work closely with our corporate attorneys to review, draft, and track everything from NDAs and influencer agreements to vendor contracts and manufacturing agreements
* Assist with various corporate documents and formalities, including preparation and filing of entity formation documents and related materials (e.g., certificates of incorporation, business registrations, board consents, business licenses, etc.)
* Manage annual and other periodic corporate filings to ensure compliance for all entities
* Join a growing division that supports all aspects of the business and works closely with other legal team members (IP, litigation, real estate, employment) when needed
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelors degree in business, law or a related field
* "Big law" corporate paralegal experience and/or in-house experience at a large company
* The desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and to hone their skills while gaining invaluable experience and expertise
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Ironclad is a plus
* Ability to work overtime, when needed
* 3-5+ years of experience

The base pay range for this position is $45-$60/hour, which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for non-exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits progressive benefits.
