Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are a must. While not required, having a valid Indiana RN license and previous corrections experience will give you a leg up.
\n\nPreferred education includes an active RN license, with at least 3 months of corrections experience. Local candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Other requirements include a clean background and the ability to start within two weeks of offer.
