Title: Coupa Solutions Architect

Duration: Full-time (PERM)

Location: Arlington, Virginia 100% onsite support

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, configure, and maintain procurement platforms, particularly Coupa, to streamline procurement processes and meet business goals.

Serve as the subject matter expert for procurement-related applications and platforms, advising on system capabilities, best practices, and implementation opportunities.

Administer and manage user roles, permissions, and access across Coupa modules, adhering to the principle of least privilege access.

Create and govern workflow configurations, ensuring that company policies and guidelines are effectively embedded across all procurement modules.

Administer and maintain integrations between Coupa and ERP systems and other critical applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-wide issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Coupa and associated applications.

Develop comprehensive documentation of system configurations, administrative procedures, and workflows, feeding into training and change management initiatives.

Partner with business teams to identify gaps, optimize processes, and recommend scalable solutions aligning with company objectives.

Develop and maintain SOPs for Coupa administration and other application governance functions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Coupa subject matter expert or a similar role supporting procurement platforms.

Deep understanding of procurement processes and familiarity with systems like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supplier Information Management (SIM).

Strong technical expertise in system integration, workflow configurations, and administration of procurement applications.

Demonstrated ability to document processes and contribute to user training efforts.

Proficiency in IT service management tools, troubleshooting methodologies, and vendor communications.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of Agile or similar methodologies in continuous service environments.

Experience with ERP systems and other integrated business platforms used in procurement workflows.
