In this role, you will collaborate with every other department to create compelling, brand-defining marketing strategies and assets. As the Creative Director, you'll oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with client goals and our agency’s high standards.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong mix of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and team management. If you’re a visionary with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, design principles, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce innovative, high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.

  • Client Strategy & Collaboration: Partner closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions.

  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain consistent and compelling brand identities, positioning, and messaging across multiple channels (print, digital, social, video, etc.).

  • Creative Direction: Oversee the conceptualization and execution of a variety of creative deliverables, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns, websites, social media content, and branding collateral.

  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources in cooperation with our Account Managers to ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and within scope. Balance creative innovation with practical execution.

  • Quality Control: Maintain high creative standards, ensuring the final product is aligned with client vision and brand standards.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge design to the table.

Qualifications:

  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including branding, digital campaigns, and creative direction across various mediums.

  • Skills: Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.), and a strong understanding of web design, typography, and visual storytelling. Video Production Experience is a strong plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts to both clients and internal teams.

  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about how design and creative work tie into broader business goals and marketing strategies.
