Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer service calls.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints.
- Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote.
