Enter, update, and maintain various types of data (e.g., client information, product data, financial details) in company databases and systems.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Generate and format data reports for management, assessing trends, errors, and anomalies.
Proficiently use company CRM software, database tools, and Microsoft Excel to input and analyze data.
Regularly review and update internal databases to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Create new records and entries in the database as needed, ensuring consistency in formatting and classification.
Work with data automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks efficiently.
Safeguard sensitive or confidential data, adhering to company policies regarding data security.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, administrative assistant, or related role is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets.
Familiarity with database systems, spreadsheets, and report generation (Excel proficiency required).
Experience with database software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools) is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across departments and clarifying information.
Previous experience in fast-paced industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
